Bath Remodel

This job involved a complete renovation of a dated bathroom. After demoing the original room, we installed a new vanity, jetted tub, new toilet, all new plumbing fixtures, recessed lighting, and stone tile throughout.
Water Heater

Client's hot water heater had been leaking for some time. We performed a thorough cleaning removing all mold and mildew. Replaced the unit and installed new drywall with a functional drain line.
Foundation Flooring

Recently, we replaced a rotted subfloor at a residential rental unit. The job ended up including unexpected plumbing repairs, which turned out to be the cause of the rot. We managed to save all of the existing cabinetry
Remodel Kitchen

We were asked to totally renovate a kitchen and family room. The client was wanting an updated open-concept living/kitchen combination with wood flooring, recessed lighting, new cabinets and granite counter tops.
Staircase Repair

One of our clients had the unfortunate experience of hiring the wrong handyman. The handyman walked off the job after causing damage to the stair treads and newel post. We were called to correct the problem.
Custom Shed

We built a custom shed for a client whose yard did not have room for a pre-built unit. Working around several trees and fence lines, we erected a 10 ft by 16 ft, 14 ft high shed, complete with windows and custom door.
Fence Gate Repair

Our client's custom gate and support post were ruined after a severe storm. We were tasked with replacing the post to match and salvaging the gate and existing hardware.
Bath Remodel

This project involved an extensive reconfiguration and enlargement of a master bath including moving the toilet, adding a double sink vanity and a custom 6ftX6ft shower with rain and multiple hand held shower spayers.
Subfloor Repair

This was a small job--the client's air conditioner had been leaking and caused a small section of the subfloor to soften. We cut out the bad section, re-enforced the joists and replaced the subfloor material.
Room Add/On Remodel

Our customer wanted to totally change the use and modernize the look of their sun-room. We added a wall-of-windows, replaced the French doors, replaced the ceilings, added zoned recessed lighting and new flooring.
Fence Repair

Our customer's fence was damaged after an intense storm. The original posts were not set properly. We were asked to replace the posts and rebuild the fence while salvaging the fence boards to save the customer money.
Bathroom Upgrade

This was a simple bathtub upgrade for a client in Fernwood. We instaled a new bathtub, tile surround and fixtures. The end result was an updated bathroom without extravagant expense.
